Christana ("Chris") Eckert joined the Parker Schwartz bankruptcy practice in 2016. Chris is a Certified Paralegal with over 13 years' experience in the legal industry.
Chris began her career as a newly divorced parent bartering her legal bill working at her attorney's office. She worked diligently over the years increasing her knowledge in various areas of law practice and eventually returning to school. She received her certificate in Paralegal Studies from Phoenix College and her Certified Paralegal status from NALA in 2015. In addition to working in all areas of Bankruptcy Insolvency and Creditors' Rights, she has experience in the areas of Litigation, Business and Corporate, and Estate Planning. She is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association Paralegal Division and National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA).
Chris brings knowledge and compassion to clients who find themselves in financial difficulties. She says that she enjoys working in Bankruptcy Law because its fundamental goal is to give debtors a financial "fresh start" from overwhelming debt. "It's an area of law where you really feel like you're making a difference."
In her spare time, Chris enjoys many interests, including Quilting, and volunteers with several different organizations.
